2017-18 PTA Committees

It's hard to believe the new school year will begin in just 6 weeks!  The PTA is already hard at work preparing for next year's programs, events and activities.  If you're thinking about volunteering next year, now is a great time to let us know.  Click HERE to view the list of our committees.  On this form you can sign up to join a committee, or you can simply ask us to contact you with more information about what would be involved.  If there's anything you'd like to learn more about, we'd love to hear from you!  The following are the committees with the most urgent need to get going right away(if interested, please complete the online form or contact PTA President Wendi Lester [email protected] or Tara Fisher [email protected]).

• Kindergarten Parent Breakfasts:  It's easy!  Organize a simple breakfast on the second week of school in July and August for Kindergarten parents.  Sign me up!
• Cultural Arts:  Work with the current Cultural Arts Chair to learn the ropes to continue in future years.  If you love art, music, theater and literature, this could be for you!  Sign me up!
• Corporate Sponsorship Team:  This can be done from home at a time that's convenient for you--contact local businesses and restaurants to ask them to sponsor our school (this can be done via email or phone). Sign me up!
• Teacher/Staff Luncheons:  Coordinate and set-up luncheons on early release days (ideally a committee of 5-6 people).  Sign me up!
