Here’s how it works
All students are invited to participate in an active way to start off the day. On Friday mornings, from 8:15 am to 8:45 am, we will be out walking, jogging, or running the track. What a fun way to get some fresh air, exercise, socialize with friends, and start the school day energized and focused!
Fitness Club & Windsprints
Are you up for the challenge? On select days (schedule to be decided) all runners will be invited to combine track running with exercise drills (like jumping jacks and push-ups), or windsprints. Participation is optional but fun is guaranteed!
Short list of important rules
*** Parents, please confirm that run club is meeting before dropping your child off in the morning. Drop off is at 8:15am – your child will not be supervised before then.
If you’re available to help then we can use you! Please come with your child – you are welcome to walk or run on the track.

Cancellations will be posted by 7:30am at the latest.
