Saddle Up and Read, it's the Scholastic Book Fair!

This year's Book Fair will be November 27th - December 7th.  As always, we have a ton of exciting events happening to get everyone involved and excited about reading.  Mark your calendars for these upcoming dates, and stay tuned for more details!

• Nov. 13th - 17th:  All for Books Coin Challenge.  Bring in loose change to help raise money so that all students are able to purchase a book.  Prizes awarded for the top classes, AND Scholastic matches our dollars raised to donate to a children's charity in our community.
• Nov. 27th - 30th:  Class preview and purchase days, and Book Fair Bingo.  Popsicle party awarded to the winning class and $20 Scholastic Dollars for the teacher!
• Nov. 28th:  Donuts with Dudes (for students with last names A-M), 8:00-8:45.  Bring your Dad, Stepdad, Grandpa, Uncle or Big Brother to enjoy a donut and shop the fair before school starts.
• Nov. 29th:  Donuts with Dudes (last names N-Z), 8:00-8:45.
• Dec. 4th - 7th:  Class preview and purchase days, All for Books Coin Challenge and Book Fair Bingo for Track 2 (class prizes for the winners!)
• Dec. 6th:  Donuts with Dudes (Track 2), 8:00-8:45
• Dec. 7th:  Family Book Fair Night.  Games, food trucks, face painting, raffle drawings and more!
• Basket Raffles:  We have some amazing reading-themed raffle baskets up for grabs (Lego, My Little Pony, Carolina Panthers)!  You can earn a raffle ticket for each $5 spent, for every hour a parent volunteers during the Book Fair, or for attending Donuts with Dudes.  Volunteering at Family Book Fair Night will earn you 5 raffle tickets per hour!  To volunteer during the Fair or at Family Night, signup here:
